Mr. Carter has over 12 years of experience in preforming sewer and storm drain cleaning and inspections. He joins Atakapa Services, LLC as a Vacuum Truck Operator where he will be responsible for performing the day to day operations including cleaning and locating of drain lines, smoke testing, manhole inspections, and CCTV inspections. Prior to joining Atakapa Services, LLC, Mr. Carter was the Vacuum Truck Operator for Video Pipe Inspection, Inc. in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
