Mr. Lear serves as a CCTV Operator with 20 years of sewer and storm drain project experience. He is well versed in the closed circuit video inspection of residential and commercial sewer and storm drain lines. He is responsible for capturing accurate data and GPS mapping. He is NASSCO Certified in PACP, LACP and MACP. Prior to joining Atakapa Services, LLC, Mr. Lear gained experience as CCTV Operator / Supervisor with Video Pipe Inspection, Inc. in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
