Mr. Haydel is a registered professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering.  He has been involved with all aspects of water, wastewater and drainage collection and conveyance systems. Since 1995, he has served as the engineer on several Consent Decree projects in Louisiana where SSES work and sewer rehabilitation projects were the main focus. He also specializes in master planning, civil engineering, environmental engineering, design and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants.
