Mr. LaCroix has extensive Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) project experience including CCTV, pipeline cleaning, manhole assessments, smoke testing and dye flooding. He is also a registered professional engineer with ample experience in gravity sewer, forcemain and pump station rehabilitation design, bidding, and construction management. Mr. LaCroix is NASSCO Certified (PACP, LACP and MACP) and brings over 20 years of experience to this project team.
