Hayden oversees day-to-day activities, field operations and equipment for all Atakapa crews. His experience includes engineering design for water and wastewater projects, hydraulic modeling, GPS data collection and construction management. He is proficient in Pipetech, Granite and WinCan software. Hayden has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana. He has completed NASSCO’s Pipeline, Lateral and Manhole Assessment Certification Programs (PACP, LACP and MACP). He graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Louisiana State University in 2025.
