Josh joined Atakapa in 2019 as a closed-circuit television operator and was recently promoted to project manager. With over 14 years of sewer and storm drain project experience, Josh is well-versed in all aspects of inspecting residential and commercial sewer and storm drain lines and GPS data collection and mapping. He has completed NASSCO’s Pipeline, Lateral and Manhole Assessment Certification Programs (PACP, LACP and MACP).
