David Burton, PMP, has been named President of Atakapa Services. David brings extensive leadership and operational experience from his role at Waggoner Engineering, where he served as Vice President of Business Operations for the Alabama, Florida, and Georgia Business Unit.

Hayden Case, PE, MBA, has been promoted to Vice President of Atakapa Services and will oversee day-to-day operations across the company. Hayden previously served as Operations Manager and has played a key role in Atakapa’s growth trajectory and success.
